CareerLife needs. Prior to making an appointment, Kerry Gardiner will speak to
you personally by telephone, assessing your current situation and giving you an
indication of the support you may require. This service is free and without
obligation. We have comfortable Woollahra (5minutes from Bondi Junction
station) and North Sydney locations. We pride ourselves on offering flexible and comprehensive individual Career and Life Services which are not packaged but operate on an hourly basis to suit your particular requirements. For those clients seeking new directions, whether they be career changers, younger clients who are considering entering tertiary studies or new careerists seeking direction, see the section "Our Approach" for a description of our process. Our Life Coaching Services are for clients seeking more balance, fulfilment and purpose in their life. Kerry Gardiner is a Degree Qualified Counsellor with the depth of knowledge and expertise to help you gain a deep understanding of your values and areas where positive change is desired. We work together to set specific goals and decide on concrete action plans to achieve them. The actions you take could be in one or more of the following areas: relationships; personal and spiritual growth; physical and mental health; career; money; fun and recreation. Directions CareerLifeä provides email and phone coaching,
especially for our clients who have relocated to interstate. This service is
also useful for busy professionals. Clients have accessed this option for
services including: interview skills; resume preparation and focused career and
life coaching to
move ahead with action plans. We also offer job search and career transition services.
This could include: resume checks; assisting you in writing a resume; getting
you focused on your skills and what you have to offer; interview skills; tapping
into the hidden job market etc. Our North Shore consulting rooms where we have been located for
the last 5 years, are based at a well established recruitment organization which
also has a network of highly experienced Associates who consult on key H.R.
corporate assignments. This ensures Directions CareerLifeä Services has a constant
finger on the pulse of the current job market and Human Resource best practice
and issues. With the reopening of our newly renovated Woollahra facility, we
are also once again offering small group workshops. This facility provides
relaxed surrounds, offering spectacular views over the peace and tranquility of
Cooper Park. Our North Sydney training room is also available if more suitable. |
